Since the course, Cathi has performed at the Forge in Camden and the Crazy Coqs in Piccadilly. Recently back from a writing trip to New York where she wrote two new songs with writing partner Jeff Franzel, her album ‘Souvenirs From Stockholm’ will be out in July 2013 and she is looking forward to doing more gigs throughout the summer and beyond...

Since taking part in our Summer 2013 course, Emily swiftly appeared at the inaugural Cabaret Convention in front of promoters from across the UK and Ireland, and took part in the hugely popular talent show Cheese ‘N’ Crackers at award-

Since taking part in the SCW, Nicky has written her first one women show, Empty Nest. She has taken it to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2014, had several sell out nights at The Pheasantry in London and also made her debut at the Metropolitan Room in New York. In 2015 she is taking the show back to the Pheasantry, to Zimbabwe and then doing a tour of Norway! Her second show is already being planned.

Since taking part in our Easter 2013 workshop, Angie’s YouTube clip of her showcase performance has had over 600 hits and she is currently dealing with interest from multiple new promoters wishing to work with her.

After the cabaret performance Monique DeBose was approached by a major label executive about performing for their company to which she happily said yes! She is currently writing and producing her third album, a satirical look at growing up mixed race; facilitating her Creative Vocal Improvisation workshops in both London and Los Angeles and is pursuing cabaret and jazz gigs on both sides of the pond.

Following the 2014 course, Gareth has delighted London audiences with regular appearances at Cheese 'n' Crackers, Holly Would’s variety show, Buzzlounge, Club Hashtag and Under Construction. Described by David McAlmont as a "sotto voce chanteuse", Gareth’s songs are highly unusual, ranging from bizarre rewrites of Disney classics to haunting tributes to transport disaster victims. Gareth recently created Suburbaret, an exciting new suburban-

Comic Lynn Chambers came to us in Summer 2014 cracking jokes and singing heartfelt standards. Since then, Lynn has certainly not been idle, having set up her own production company Toucan Productions and landed a massive contract producing the GSK IMPACT Awards. She’s also formed a charity for comedians and so far raised around £11k (www.comedysupportact.org.uk). On the performing front she appeared in a short film which was selected for screening at this year's London Short Film Festival.

Evelyne was part of our very first intake of students back in 2013. After years of performing all over the world and appearing on television – most notably on BBC1’s ‘The One And Only’, Evelyne is currently working as a Life Coach and Writer, and has just brought out her most recent book ‘It Takes Guts’. Already a highly accomplished public speaker, after doing the 2014 summer course Celia fast made a name for herself on the London cabaret scene and was nominated for a London Cabaret Award for Best Newcomer. Since the course, Celia has appeared in Cabaret Confidential and Suburbaret as well as gaining experience through open mic nights at Cellar Door, Crazy Coqs and West End Wendies. She has now created her first solo show, Man Wanted! which is showing in Exeter and London in 2015.

Since completing the course in summer 2015, Fiona has performed her show "A touch of Mrs Robinson' three more times to sell-
She is now promoting the show on the national rural touring network and has received her first festival and theatre bookings.
‘I enjoyed the SCW immensely, and found many ways to enhance my performance in A touch of Mrs Robinson, as well as exploring other ways of expressing myself in cabaret beyond the confines of my existing show. It was a very rich and fulfilling 8 days.’
Since the course Shola has continued with her Motown and Jazz shows and has also performed on a European cruise.
Shola is also now in the process of creating an after dinner comedy speech.

Since venturing onto The Singers’ Cabaret course, Ebony Rose Dark scured an a artistic residency performing new works once a month at the historical Royal Vauxhall Tavern home to Bar Wotever. The Bar Wotever Residency also includes touring and Ebony Rose Dark recently performed at the Bristol Wardrobe Theatre in February and will next be performing at Brighton's Marlborough Theatre on the 12 April 2017.

Jane divides her singing life between the classical and cabaret world. Since attending the SCW in 2015, she has played Iris in Handel’s Semele and First Lady in Mozart’s Magic Flute. She has attended a SCW song surgery and most recently participated in the SCW three day Songwriters’ workshop.
In January 2017 she performed at Cabaret Confidential at the Pheasantry and has another slot booked for November 2017. In the meantime she is taking the ATCL Diploma (June 2017).
